Non-Wedding Rentals
Looking for a unique space for your next business or private event? Book Jupiter Club for an exclusive and sophisticated experience.
Rental Rates: 4 hour Minimum
Peak (Fri & Sat): $1,700
Off-peak (SUN-thurs): $1,300
Included in the rental price:
Support Staff- Covers setup and breakdown crew, cleaning staff, coordination, and bar staff.
One hour setup and 30 min breakdown time. For a total 5.5 hours of access.
Tables, chairs and ivory linens. (up to 150 guests)
A credit card is required on file, 6.25% MA tax applies to all rentals.
Bar minimum pricing is available upon request.

Our Policies
We believe in openness and flexibility, empowering you to make informed decisions that align seamlessly with your vision.

We are happy to hold a date for two (2) weeks with a nonrefundable $500 deposit, which becomes a credit towards your final balance.
Upon receipt of your deposit, the 50% nonrefundable payment of the estimated site fee with 6.25% MA state tax is required within two (2) weeks.

A cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the $500 initial deposit

There are a few hotel Options nearby in Northampton. Just a short drive away.

Decor that would damage the property is strictly prohibited. No tape, Thumb tack, or staples. Command strips will be allowed.

For Weddings, a $300 flat rate Support Staff Fee applies. For private events the fee ranges from $150 to $300, depending on party size and specific needs. This fee covers essential setup and breakdown crew, cleaning staff, and event coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We offer ivory linens for our round tables at $20 per table, which includes use and maintenance of our inventory. Table numbers are available to rent at a flat rate of $25.
