Non-Wedding Rentals

Looking for a unique space for your next business or private event? Book Jupiter Club for an exclusive and sophisticated experience.

Rental Rates:

Peak (Fri & Sat): $300/hr

Off-peak (SUN-thurs): $200/hr

Four hour minimum rental

Support Staff Fee ($150-$300) Covers setup and breakdown crew, cleaning staff, and coordination based on party size and logistics

Rates include setup and breakdown time. A credit card is required on file, 6.25% MA tax applies to all rentals.

Our Policies

We believe in openness and flexibility, empowering you to make informed decisions that align seamlessly with your vision.

  • We are happy to hold a date for two (2) weeks with a nonrefundable $500 deposit, which becomes a credit towards your final balance.

    Upon receipt of your deposit, the 50% nonrefundable payment of the estimated site fee with 6.25% MA state tax is required within two (2) weeks.

  • A cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the $500 initial deposit

  • There are a few hotel Options nearby in Northampton. Just a short drive away.

  • Decor that would damage the property is strictly prohibited. No tape, Thumb tack, or staples. Command strips will be allowed.

  • Open flame and candles are not allowed.

  • Certified service animals only.

  • For Weddings, a $300 flat rate Support Staff Fee applies. For private events the fee ranges from $150 to $300, depending on party size and specific needs. This fee covers essential setup and breakdown crew, cleaning staff, and event coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • We offer ivory linens for our round tables at $20 per table, which includes use and maintenance of our inventory. Table numbers are available to rent at a flat rate of $25.
