Rental Rates: 4 hour minimum:
Prices vary depending on event needs, please fill out our contact form with your event details for a customized quote.
All rentals include:
Venue coordinator to serve as your liaison throughout planning and the event
Bar staffing (all alchohol service is provided through Jupiter Club)
Support staff e.g. cleaning staff and event set-up & breakdown
One hour setup and 30 min breakdown time
Additional amenities available for a fee if needed:
Tables, chairs (up to 100 guests), ivory/black linens, custom cocktails/mocktails, and a basic AV package
A credit card is required on file, 6.25% MA tax applies to all rentals
Bar minimum & open bar pricing is available upon request

Our Policies
We believe in openness and flexibility, empowering you to make informed decisions that align seamlessly with your vision.

We are happy to hold a date for two (2) weeks with a nonrefundable $500 deposit, which becomes a credit towards your final balance.
Upon receipt of your deposit, the 50% nonrefundable payment of the estimated site fee with 6.25% MA state tax is required within two (2) weeks.

A cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the $500 initial deposit

There are a few hotel Options nearby in Northampton. Just a short drive away.

Decor that would damage the property is strictly prohibited. No tape, Thumb tack, or staples. Command strips will be allowed.

For Weddings, a $300 flat rate Support Staff Fee applies. For private events the fee ranges from $150 to $300, depending on party size and specific needs. This fee covers essential setup and breakdown crew, cleaning staff, and event coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We offer ivory or black linens for our round tables at $20 per table, which includes use and maintenance of our inventory. Table numbers are available to rent at a flat rate of $25.

Yes. For couples who wish to host their ceremony on-site, we offer a ceremony add-on for $500
